Welcoming a New Year…..

We have (pretty much) figured out how to grow and harvest cut flowers....

(although there is plenty more for us to learn, we feel like we got the basics covered)

What we are finding to be a huge learning curve is figuring out social media. There are so many options.....reels, stories, posts, blogs - it can be overwhelming. Therefore, our resolution for this year is to learn and practice as much as we can with the different forms of online media/email and commit to consistently communicate with our customers throughout the year. This can be a difficult thing to accomplish when we are in the middle of the busy growing season and we sometimes find it tough to stay "flower farm motivated" through the blowing snow and grey days of winter but we are going to do our best to keep in touch. 

So look for us in your Inbox and on Facebook and Instagram. We will probably make many mistakes as we learn this process but we are told that practice makes perfect. Hopefully, social media will become as easy to us as seeding sunflowers is....

We have started the planning phase for our 2023 season and cannot wait to be able to get back into the field and get growing.

Winter flower farm dreaming/planning is the best way to remind us of the beauty that will come with the Spring!
